Meet Allison, @thegreenhairedstylist. She has been in the industry for 11+ years and have been educating for 8 years. A blonding and vivids specialist in Charlotte, NC, but also travel to salons around the country offering in person hair color and social media education. She is also a Danger Jones Creative educator. She loves connecting with other stylists and being able to help them grow online and behind the chair.

"I really love having smaller classes that provide a more comfortable environment for questions and discussions. My teaching style is definitely more nurturing and chill because I want to be sure that anyone will feel comfortable approaching me and asking questions. I'm a firm believer that the best way to learn is through open conversation, which is why in a lot of my in person classes you'll find me sitting down with the attendees.

I have virtual education coming soon, but right now the virtual class I have available is InstaElevated. In this class, I take you through all the things I have done to build a full clientele and online presence on Instagram. Instagram is a free marketing tool for us and we should use it to its fullest potential. I teach you everything from your audience and branding to what each post type does and is good for to photo poses and editing. The goal of this course is to help stylists succeed online and feel confident behind the chair."
